October and November 2012

Stella and Duvel are adorable Brussels Griffon.

This was the kind of dog
that was in the movie "As Good As It Gets"
with Jack Nickolsen and Helen Hunt
and gave this breed a big boost
since many are interested in toy sized dogs.

Stella is female and Duvel is male
weighing maybe 10 lbs!
Stella is round and stout and Duvel is much thinner,
but both their faces look like e-woks!! :)
They are just too cute!

We don't see them often,
but when we do, it's a treat!

Their personalities go along
with their body shape.
Stella, is laid back and a bit independent
while Duvel is fiesty and more affectionate.
He also seems to like to engage himself
with the other dogs, not knowing if he wants to play
or if he's annoyed.?
Stella just lays around or gets out of the way
under a table somewhere.

So glad they were referred by
Renee who owned our smartest dog, Zak.
Unfortunately they moved to England.

But we're still lucky enough to get
Stella and Duvel!!
They'd be perfect little e-woks for Halloween!!
